A studio that ships.

AfterCaller is an AI voice receptionist service built by ONXYN, a Birmingham-based product studio. It answers inbound phone calls for dental clinics and service businesses — 24 hours a day, in English and Arabic — booking appointments, quoting treatment prices, and triaging emergencies. Clinics keep their existing phone number; unanswered calls forward to a dedicated AfterCaller number. Pricing is £1,500 one-time setup plus £997 per month, with a 7-day free trial and no contracts. Data is stored in EU/UK regions under GDPR and a signed DPA.

ONXYN is a Birmingham studio. We build AI products that solve specific, expensive problems for service businesses. AfterCaller is our flagship: an answered phone, in any language, at any hour.

Why we started this

We started here because every clinic owner we talked to said the same thing: “I lose patients overnight.” Twenty-five percent of after-hours calls go unanswered. Eleven percent of those callers ring back the next day. The rest pick the next clinic on Google.

What it costs the clinic

That gap costs the average mid-size clinic six figures a year. AfterCaller closes it for £1k a month. The economics are absurd. The work is not.

Why Birmingham

We chose Birmingham because boutique service businesses are still run by people who answer their own phones. We wanted to build the tool that buys those people their evenings back.

How we measure ourselves

Three numbers. Calls answered, bookings made, and how long it takes a new clinic to go from signup to first answered call. Everything else is decoration.
